How long does it take to receive my blood test results after I have placed the order?

Typically, you can expect to receive your test results within 3-5 business days after placing your order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the type of test and other factors.

How will I receive my test reports?

You will receive the softcopy of your test reports via email within 24 to 48 hours of sample collection, depending on the transit time. If you have chosen to receive hard copy reports by paying an additional fee at the time of booking (independent of the test/package cost), the hard copy reports will be delivered within 3 to 5 days after the samples are processed. Rest assured, we will keep you informed through an SMS notification once the softcopy of your report(s) is sent to your registered email ID, and the hard copy report(s) are dispatched to your address, along with the tracking details.

How Soon Will I Get My Reports?

Once the specimen(s) are collected, expect the soft copy reports to reach your registered email ID within 24 to 48 hours, including transit time. If you prefer hard copy reports you'll receive the printed reports within 3 to 5 days after sample processing. You will be notifies via SMS once the soft copy reports are emailed, and you'll also receive tracking details for your hard copy reports' delivery to your address.

Can I get faster delivery of my blood test results than the current estimated time?

The delivery time for blood test results may vary based on the type of test and the processing requirements. We strive to deliver results as quickly as possible without compromising accuracy. Is a doctor's prescription needed to avail the testing service?

A doctor's prescription is not required for availing any preventive health checkup package. However, in case of any illness or specific health concerns, we recommend that you consult your physician before booking any tests/profiles.

Do you offer doctor consultations as part of your services?

Currently, Thyrocare specialize in at-home lab testing services only and do not provide online doctor consultations. However, experienced team of healthcare professionals can assist you in understanding your test results and provide guidance if needed. But nothing can be a subsitude for for professional medical advice or diagnosis and hence always consider consulting a doctor.

Are your lab tests reliable and accurate without a doctor's involvement?

Thyrocare - Internationally renowned, NABL- and CAP-accredited, NGSP- and ISO-certified, ICMR-approved. Thyrocare tests are conducted using state-of-the-art equipment and are overseen by qualified professionals. You can trust the accuracy and reliability of our test results even without direct involvement from a doctor.

Can I book tests for my family members without a doctor's prescription?

Yes, you can conveniently book individual lab tests or complete body checkup for your family members without a doctor's prescription. Our user-friendly process allows you to select and order tests for your loved ones effortlessly.

Can I modify or cancel my blood test order after it has been placed?

You can modify or cancel your blood test order under the following scenarios and receive a full refund:

1. If there is no service provider available in your area at the time of booking.
2. If you accidentally made multiple bookings due to a system error.
3. If the service provider fails to make adequate attempts to provide the service as agreed.

For any other scenarios, apart from these three, a nominal cancellation charge of Rs 100 will be applicable. Rest assured, your refund will be promptly processed within 7-10 working days, and the amount will be directly credited back to the source account from which the booking was made. We believe in transparency and strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

We strive to process refunds promptly. You can expect the refund to be processed within 7-10 working days, and it will be directly credited to the source account used for the payment

What are the timings for sample collection at home?

For tests/profiles requiring prior fasting, our ideal time-slot is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. If fasting is not necessary for your tests/profiles, you can choose any time-slot until 7:00 PM.

How soon will the technician arrive if I book my test in the first half of the day?

When you book your test in the first half of the day, our dedicated technicians will reach your doorstep within just 60 minutes from the time of booking. No more waiting!

Are sample collections available on Sundays and holidays?

Please note that sample collections on Sundays and holidays are not available in all cities. We recommend booking your test on weekdays for a seamless experience.
