Why It Happens: The Hormone Math Behind the Puffiness

Breast tissue growth is not controlled by estrogen alone or by testosterone alone. It is controlled by the balance between the two at the level of the breast itself.

Low Testosterone and Hypogonadism

The Physical Exam

If It Is Fat: Weight Loss and Training
